These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the School Sleek mobile application (the "App") and our associated website (the "Website"), provided by Code Genius Hub International ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Services:

School Sleek provides a platform designed to enhance the school experience for students, educators, and parents. The services offered through the App and Website include, but are not limited to:

• Automatic Student Attendance Clock-in and Clock-out: This feature allows for automated recording of student attendance.

• Result Checking on WhatsApp: Enables students and parents to access academic results via WhatsApp integration.

• Cinematic Learning Experience: Provides engaging video-based learning content.

• Virtual Science Laboratory: Offers access to virtual science experiments and simulations.

• Tech Skills Learning Hub: Provides resources and tools for learning various technical skills.

3. User Accounts:

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.  

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.  

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or use.  

4. User Conduct:

You agree not to:

• Use the App or Website for any unlawful purpose.

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or Website or the servers or networks connected to the App or Website.  

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or Website or any other systems or networks.

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.  

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.  

5. Intellectual Property:

The App, Website, and all content included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio clips, are the property of Code Genius Hub International or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the App or Website without our prior written consent.  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The App and Website are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App or Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or Website are free of viruses or other harmful components.  

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from 

(a) your use or inability to use the App or Website; 

(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; 

(c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App or Website; 

(d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our App or Website by any third party; 

(e) any errors or omissions in any content; or 

(f) for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the App or Website.  

8. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  

9. Changes to These Terms:  

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the App and Website or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App or Website after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.  

10. Termination:

We may terminate your access to the App or Website at any time, for any reason, without notice.
